Today, cancer care has evolved by leaps and bounds but we have not gotten rid of the negative cancer terminology like palliative care, terminal disease, or Stage IV. Why can't we treat cancer like any other chronic disease? A diabetes patient is never told he is a victim of diabetes, or he is being given palliative care.Dr. B. S. Ajaikumar
After a long flight, (Lufthansa Flight 431 Chicago to Frankfurt) the last thing you want to is a poker-faced ground staff least bothered about passenger safety and comfort.
People are put into the bus as if they were a herd of sheep, elderly people have to climb the stairs as there is a mad rush at the elevators, there is no communication whatsoever about the earmarked gates or the way to them...
Being a lifelong gold card member and frequent flyer, uncertainities and inconveniences of worldwide travel are not new to me, but I was shocked by the crudeness of the whole experience. Truly disgusting!
Lufthansa Kindly learn to treat your passengers like customers, not cattle. (by the way, please treat cattle like humans if and when you have to)
Else, your compertitors will outsmart you, both in the skies and on the ground.
