Today, cancer care has evolved by leaps and bounds but we have not gotten rid of the negative cancer terminology like palliative care, terminal disease, or Stage IV. If and when a democracy unknowingly makes minorities feel threatened, if it tends to nip any form of dissent in the bud, and if it deems every secular voice and force anti-national by default, it ceases to be a democracy!
High time the common men and women of the country woke up, repaired and reinstated the original democracy that has defined India through the ages, a democracy built on altrusitic values that are put into practice and cherished by all political parties contesting elections with unconditional commitment and devotion.
